What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter includes a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic beverages. Inclusions can differ based on the type of service — for example, sunset sails offer premium drink options and light snacks, whereas business charters provide meeting facilities and corporate catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking should be done 2–3 weeks prior to your charter date, particularly during the busy season (May–September). For business gatherings and exclusive celebrations, securing a spot 4–6 weeks beforehand will ensure availability and give time to tailor your experience.
What are the protocols for unfavorable weather conditions?
Our highest concern is your safety. If our captain evaluates that the weather is unsafe, we'll propose a new date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather and will get in touch with you 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure if conditions are looking doubtful.
Is it permissible to bring my own catering on board?
Certainly, you are free to bring your own food and drinks. Nonetheless, we also offer exquisite catering services that we can tailor to your tastes. Keep in mind that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on the yacht.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility issues on your yachts?
We make every effort to welcome all our guests. Some of our boats are more accessible than others. Get in touch with us when booking to discuss specific requirements, and we'll point you to the most appropriate yacht and arrange any needed additional facilities.
What's your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours before setting sail, you'll get a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours, you'll be refunded 50% of the payment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable unless due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our part.
